Carmel Friendship Church

Carmel Friendship Church (CFC) is such a great place. I moved to Wesley Chapel after becoming engaged. My fiancé and I were hungry to find a church family not somewhere we just attended every Sunday. We were eager to serve and feel connected. I googled local non-denominational black churches in the area, CFC was the first to come up and we visited the 1st Sunday I was in town. We dated a few others, but something continued to draw us back to CFC. Maybe it was Pastor Q’s way of connecting with the congregation or his constant laughter. Well we attended a Real Love conference on a Saturday in February and joined that same day. We feel home, loved and connected to so many people. As a new member of CFC we will continue to Honor Christ by serving His people in His Kingdom. Can’t wait for you to visit!

Pastor Q, and his associate ministers as well, bring a fresh perspective to their sermons. We have been welcomed and embraced by several members of the church. I think we have found our church home in CFC.

I have been a member since 2015, and have experienced different growth spurts along with the church. Through all of them, the church has been able to pívot and adjust to the needs of the people. One of the things I love most about Carmel Friendship, is that there are ministries available for everyone, from the youngest to the most senior to participate and or serve in. To date, I have met some of the most genuine and caring people ever. I love my church!

Carmel Friendship Church is amazing, this church has changed me and my family's lives. This Church family is extremely friendly, and loving. I felt at home the moment I walked in the doors. When I first came here I was lost and I needed Jesus more than anything but my heart was hardened, but Pastor Q had a certain way of speaking to my heart that helped and guided me to an understanding in trusting in Jesus. My CFC Family has been with me and my family through the ups and downs and continues to give a helping hand and a listening heart in the good and the bad.
