For someone whose struggled with gyms F45 is wonderful. For the first time I have no anxiety going to the gym and getting a true work out. Every single person who I've come in contact with has been welcoming and encouraging. The workouts push you but only against yourself. They're the first actual workouts where I feel the workout but feel great about it. This was the best decision. The owners and coaches are amazing and supportive. Everyone is a cheerleader for your success. As a plus size person walking into places and struggling can be difficult. They push everyone and help them work through even the mental blocks of doubt. I cannot say enough about what a life changing choice this was. They work at keeping a clean safe environment for everyone to enjoy. They push a positive supportive environment and assist in helping everyone get the best out of every second they are there. F45 The Grove at Wesley Chapel is truly a top choice and if I could I'd certainly give more than 5 stars.

F45 at The Grove Wesley Chapel is an amazing gym. The facility is extremely clean and well laid out which is even more critical during this time. From the moment you walk in the door, your health and safety are a top priority. There are temperature checks at the door and proper distancing throughout the workout. The exercises are challenging but can be modified to accommodate individuals’ abilities. And the coaches are there every step of the way to ensure proper form as well as to motivate you to give it your best.
