“This place is amazing!! They took me in quickly as an emergency patient and extracted my tooth, no pain. The dentist did an excellent job, and treated me very well. As a new patient the staff made me feel very welcome, and they were very helpful. They let you know ahead of time what treatment will be done and the costs are very reasonable, insurance or not. My son goes there now, and he loves it there as well. It’s in a great location, and parking is ample.”

“I had a (medically rather than cosmetically required ) blepharoplasty 3 months ago & found Dr Small to be hugely professional, approachable & she did also a great job! Surgery was almost a stress free experience with no issues and very little discomfort afterwards. I still had some residual dry eye problems & she suggested punctual plugs, at first suggesting that I try the dissolvable ones & then fitting the long term ones. As someone who has been unable to wake up or drive without using eye drops for years, I am enormously thankful to have found a doctor who used multiple approaches to give me a successful result rather than maintenance therapy with more and more eye drops & ointments.”

“I went to TGH because i had a wound that needed stitches and Florida Medical Clinics Urgent Care was closed. A young, cute female Nurse Practitioner (I wish I remembered her name) helped me and she was AMAZING! She was very professional and super personable. She was also great at helping my son's feel at ease while I received stitches - which was so nice. I was told to go back in 2 days to have my stitches checked. First, a older woman, nurse with short hair (I can say that because I'm older and again I'm not good with names but hopefully the Urgent Care will know who I'm speaking of) helped me and again, she was AMAZING and put my son with Autism at ease. Then a young, male PA came in to check out my finger. He was OK but got annoyed when I asked to have someone wash my cut because the night before when I washed it, it began to bleed very bad to the point we thought I may need more stitches as the cut seemed to be still open on one side. It would have been nice if I didn't have to ask, practically beg and explain to him at least 3x's why I wanted it cleaned (BTW, the wrapping and gauze was removed for him to look at my stitches so I would think it would have to be cleaned before it was wrapped up again anyway) while I was there so I wouldn't have too take more time off of work and come back the next day because it was still bleeding. He left the room with an attitude and thankfully the nurse came back and washed the wound. Again, the nurse did a great job and took care of me - me, the patient that picked this Urgent Care when Urgent Cares are a dime a dozen now. My final remark regarding the staff is the front desk staff could use some customer service classes to learn how to deal with the public as they're not personable and make you almost feel like your wasting their time. All in all, I would recommend this Urgent Care when the Florida Medical Clinic Urgent Care is not open. I gave 4 stars due to the 2 wonderful people that were helpful, caring, professional and personable. They deserve credit for their performance.”
