Darrell, Danielle, and Staff are AWESOME!!!! I met some great individuals that care about people and don't just look at you as an Invoice.... WoW they are really human beings that own a Mechanic Shop.....
In this Industry it's hard to find Owners and staff that care about there customers. Darrell and Danielle are human beings 1st and Business Owners 2nd. Normally when people see you in a situation they tend to try and capitalize on the situation especially in this Industry. ( The I have what you need mentality) I will 4ever be a loyal customer of Next Level Diesel Repair and they will be my only name for referrals... If they can't do it I don't know of anyone else!!!!

As a 1st time customer they made my girlfriend, dog, and me feel like family....
They lifted alot of weight off our backs by actually caring... Nobody wants to deal with a small or big vehicle problem especially when your vehicle is your livelihood. So to find a Mechanic shop that actually cared and really wanted to help get the customers issue solved was amazing.

Next Level Diesel repair is truly next level in service. Yesterday my water pump went out about 12:00 noon and they had me rolling by 5:00 p.m. They were the second place I called, at 12:30 they were on scene by 1:30. At 2:00 they had to water pump off the truck headed to the dealership to pick up the replacement pump. With Tampa traffic they were back at the truck by 3:30, by 4:45 the truck was complete, by 5:00 I was rolling.

IF I HAD TO BREAK DOWN YESTERDAY IT WAS THE BEST BREAKDOWN EVER!!!!!

Darrell and his crew are truly a blessing to a broke down trucker. He understands that nothing moves in this country without a trucker and we are both a necessity for each other's job.

I run the Tampa and Lakeland area often if I ever need assistance with a breakdown issue. Next Level would definitely be my first call, you better make it yours.

A hurricane was headed our way and I just got off of 75 driving an f250 tool body crain truck when my right rear tire shredded. I called around and no one answered. Not only did he call me back and he doesn’t even work on trucks that small or gas. He came out anyways. 35 min and he had his crew there. It took less time for them to put my spare on than it took them to get there. I greatly appreciate the save.

Blew one boat trailer tire and the spare didn’t last long. Now we’re broken down on the side of the road 5 miles from the nearest gas station last Friday night. We have SeaTow trailer care and waited several hours for them to find someone to help us without any success.

We started making calls ourselves and finally talked to Danielle and then Darrell from this business. By this time it’s midnight and we understood there was no way to get replacement tires at this time. We were about to leave the boat by the side of an isolated road and come back in the morning.

Darrell took his time and gave me invaluable advice which I took. Was able to get the boat to a secure location and go home. Found a place that opened early bought a working spare and got going again.

Around 8am we get a text from Darrell asking us if we’re ok. Classy. He didn’t make a
dime from us but his help was priceless. Several other businesses said sorry can’t help, bye.
