I can’t speak highly enough about Reutimann Realty and Maria in particularly.
Maria was very kind and professional. A lot of times you get one or the other but she was both.
I called to get an appraisal on a house co-owned with two other siblings. Our house was totaled by hurricane Irma and we have been working with FEMA/SBA trying to find a home we could afford in this inflated real estate market. The idea was to get an appraisal and talk the sibling into selling the house that’s been sitting there for years so we could use our share of the sale to increase our budget to a more realistic level. At the time we didn’t consider buying the house ourselves because we knew it needed a lot of work and felt it wasn’t worth anywhere near the Zillow estimate.
I was discussing this with Maria while she was thoroughly looking over every aspect of the house. Her experience helped me to understand what the work would cost in order to restore the house to a viable option for us. Because Maria really loves helping people and not just interested in a fast commission she made me feel much more comfortable about buying the house rather than selling it and ultimately that is what we did, so after a year and a half trying to find a house that fits our budget we are finally getting this rough chapter of our lives behind us and we have Maria in large part to thank for it.
Maria spent a lot of time with me and made no commission. She was just happy to help which is why she said she loves her job so much.
THIS is the kind of real estate agent you want to do business with, someone who knows her job, is easy to talk to, and desires to help people, even at the cost of a commission if necessary. That may seem bad for business but I’m here to tell you that I will tell all my friends about Reutimann Realty, and Maria, and I will definitely have both on my mind should I ever need a realtor in the future.
