I found it very clean with nice working appliances etc.
I'm signing paperwork Friday.
Yeah, I'm aware couple of deadbeats live here or have and complain, but most are 40+, quiet and aren't trying to put a 4 room house and family/friends into a small unit. You can see who they are in reviews etc.
