Rosecastle of Zephyrhills

I'm a current PCA at this facility and I can't say enough about it. The staff really put a special effort into the care and the welfare of the residents here. As an employee I feel supported and appreciated and respected. Happy to say that I am an employee of Rose Castle Zephyrhills and would definitely feel secure with having a loved one here without question.

As hard as it was to place my Mother in law here it was the best thing we could have done for her, she is thriving. They help with the every day things and it really makes all the difference. The staff is super friendly and they treat her well. She has even made the comment that she would recommend this place to others. We are so grateful for the staff. From Nicole greeting us at the front door to Gigi and Pam who keep the place running to Renee who keeps her busy in the back and everyone in between THANK YOU!

My dear friend’s mother was a resident of Rosecastle for several years. Even when her memory was gone and she no longer remembered her children, she knew her staff in the Memory Care area. The love and care they showed her was written all over her face. Each staff member treated her as if she were their own mother. That includes her hairdresser who always made her look beautiful and frequently sent pictures of mom and her new “do” to family. Awesome pictures were sent by Pam, Renea and Ellen any time a special event was happening. (Good job Santa.). We will always remember your kindness towards Marilyn and her family throughout the years and even after her passing.

Our Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 7 years ago. We moved Mom to Rosecastle 5 years ago and that was the best decision that we could have ever made. Our Mom did so much better. She was cared for just like family. The food is great, so many activities to keep them motivated. The personal care she received was as good or better than what I could do myself.
Sadly our beautiful Mom passed away recently. She was not alone, Renea was there holding her hand. I will never be able to thank Pam and her wonderful staff enough for the love and care our Mom received.
If you have a family member or friend that needs Assisted Living or Memory care, show them just how much you love them by taking them to Rosecastle. I promise you won’t regret it.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Rosecastle has been for my mom. She has a loving and nurturing environment, and has wonderful care from the staff. She loves the staff and I enjoy watching her interact with them. Rosecastle has really welcomed us into their family, and I have been overwhelmed by the support from staff for my mother and I. I visit my mom twice a week, and she is always telling me about different musicians that have visited and activities she has participated in. She is in the memory care wing, and it is a safe environment for her. She has made many new friends and I can have peace of mind knowing she is having the best care possible. Thank you Rosecastle!
