The staff was wonderful and Dr Hashemian was a God send. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He performed the surgery and it went well. Sometimes there is a wait (up to half an hour) but that's because Dr. Kale's takes his time with each patient. If you need an extra minute he stops and spends that time with you. If you don't need that, no problem, he moves on. If waiting is something you cannot do, simply schedule your appointment for the first one of the day. That gets you in and out in a timely manner.”
