If you think this companies customer service is great you should see how they treat their employees. Depco is a great company to work for and the owner goes over and beyond to make his employees happy.

Let me start out by saying, if I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! Talk about integrity and professionalism - Depco embodies it! If companies ever want to see a great example of customer service, just look here. Sent two Jabsco sea pumps to them to be rebuilt, and within 48 hrs of receipt, they had inspected them and determined that the impeller shafts were bad. Told me that with the cost of the new shafts and labor, I'd be better off just getting new pumps. They could have told me a story or tried to sell me on the repair, but no - not their style. And they didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Absolute honesty & incredible service seems to be their driving motto. I have another pump that will hopefully be in better shape, that I'll send to them soon. Def a customer for life! Thank you Kevin for your wonderful help!

You find out about the integrity of a business when things go south. They did with an order we placed with these folks. It did not get shipped out in time and because of that, it resulted in being stranded in Antigua for longer (there are worse fates, really).

As an answer to this dilemma, the folks at Depco went above and beyond. Ted, who we had set the original order up with, got the shipment back to their office, then got it shipped out to us in Antigua.

Their service is truly amazing. In this world of automation and deep discount online marketplaces, it's fantastic to work with a business made of real people who care about their customers. I'm sold for life.

I have been searching for some O-rings for a long time for a particular pump. All the other suppliers I called were short with me on the phone and seemed unwilling to help me find these elusive o-rings. The receptionist that answered listened to my dilemma and directed me to the proper person. He was extremely efficient and told me up front that if the part was not a stock item, there would be a minimum order amount. Praise the Lord, it was in stock! Thank you Depco Staff for your help!
