(October 8, 2022, 8:40 pm)Such a nice clean beach. Parking was kind of rough but for a whole day worth not bad. Make sure you bring lots of sunscreen and water. Sand is very white and soft. Water is clear. Not much waves when we went but if a boats near or a jet ski, we got a few waves. Overall we had a blast.
(September 20, 2022, 6:20 pm)Pier 60 was very cool place, with lots to enjoy. At John's Pass, there are endless shops, restaurants, places to have some spirits, to enjoy the beach scenery, and all the boats in the marina. We especially loved the Ron Jon surf shop. Please visit, if you get the chance. You won't be disappointed! It's very Florida oriented!
(June 13, 2022, 8:30 pm)Cool pier! lots of eclectic vendors for a Monday evening. Slides for the kids right next to the pier. Cool performers engaging the crowd. The end of the pier is the fishing portion, there is a small entry fee but it is a gorgeous place to watch the sunset.
(May 5, 2022, 7:53 pm)The beach was clean, water warm and it was not crowded until sunset. There was no lifeguard on duty. We witnessed a wedding proposal at sunset which was sweet. We did not attend the activities at the pier, but there were a lot of people there. Parking is not free. I would definitely like to come back and spend more time in this area.
(April 10, 2022, 8:32 pm)A great place to take a walk, enjoy the outdoors. On weekends, there are vendors selling all types of jewelry, nick knacks, and souvenirs. You can rent fishing poles, and get a one day fishing license at the concession stand. A great place to take a walk, or spend the day/night. Fireworks are scheduled regularly on weekends, see Clearwater beach website information for details. Free parking, and shuttle at downtown Clearwater to Pier 60 and back.

Pier 60 is located at the center of the Beach Walk extending 1,080 feet into the gulf and is a great spot for the incredible sunsets.
