  This place is a amazing! I was visiting from out of town and everyone was so kind and helpful. The inside is beautiful and peaceful. The class with Sharon was one of the best I’ve had in years! Awesome spot!!!

  This is the best yoga studio I’ve been to in all four cities I’ve lived and dozens of studios I’ve tried. They offer every class you could imagine. I’ve learned, healed, and grown so much in this beautiful community and spiritual space. Thank you.

  This place is very different from other Yoga studios I've been too. It is LEGIT yoga, with chanting and breathing and lights turned off and gongs. Not really my thing honestly. I've gone here 3 times and participated in 3 different classes but think I will continue looking for somewhere else. I signed up for the 30 day pass for $30. Well worth it if you are just testing yoga out.

  I've been to quite a few classes over the past few weeks and loved every one of them. The variety of yoga practices and times offered made it easy for me to get there, no matter how my day was scheduled. All of the teachers are wonderful and welcoming while offering a relaxing or challenging session. I took a class today, and can't wait to go tomorrow!
