Weldon Richard

I hired Richard Weldon to handle my divorce case. I have two small children and they were my priority. Mr. Weldon was kind and straight to the point with me when telling me my rights. He is encouraging and it felt like he always had my back. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a kind but firm attorney with years of experience but is still down to earth.

Mr. Weldon has represented me in a number of different cases over the last few years. He is a man of honor, integrity, and puts his clients needs before those of his own. Mr. Weldon is most recently representing me in a very bitter divorce in which my children are being used as pawns. Mr. Weldon is fighting for me as if they were children of his own. All of the money in this world could not repay him for what he has done for me. He is highly educated and knows his profession well. Richard also handled some estate issues for me recently when I needed help immediately to meet a deadline after another attorney decided to bow out.
What a relief that he took the time out of his busy schedule to research and ultimately complete the the work necessary and meet the short window timeline I had to deal with.

Interestingly I met some of Richards clients at a cocktail party. All were happy but when they were faced with their final bills a couple of them started complaining and refused to pay him. They made up excuses for refusing to pay for work that was contracted and completed. Sometimes the law is just not going to let you get everything you want and that is not an excuse for skipping out on your bill.

These "unhappy" clients post negative reviews that are totally unjustified. It's bad enough you stole the work he did for you. Shame!

Richard is a good guy and I have known and worked with him now for over 10 years. He has never let me down.
