Grand Villa of Clearwater

Love, Love , Love this facility and the employees! My mom has been in this facility since 2017 but most of it under the ownership of another company; back then, it wasn't a very nice place to be. Since Grand Villa purchased this facility a couple of years ago, the place is absolutely awesome. They significantly improved and renovated the entire place, all the apartments, the grounds, all common areas, etc. The place is absolutely beautiful now. Dawn, the Executive Director and her staff are pleasant, caring, honest and willing to go the extra mile. They communicate consistently and genuinely care for their residents! They are very in tune with my mom's behaviors, needs, challenges, etc and always suggest/recommend what's in the best interest off my mom and not what's in the best interest of their bottom-line! Great facility and highly recommend!

As a professional in the senior care industry I highly recommend Grand Villa and especially this location. I have entrusted the care of several clients to them and have never been disappointed. Their nursing staff is amazing. I would put a family member here if necessary!!!

This community is beautiful inside and out. The staff are friendly, kind, and professional. Dawn is lovely to work with. She really cares about the residents AND the family members. This building is the whole package.

Grand Villa is a beautiful building. They underwent a major facelift and the attention to detail was incredible. Their Executive Director Dawn is a one of a kind. Her nursing background and home care experience allows her to completely fulfill any need in her building with a full understanding of how to solve every problem given. She’s a team player and works with a passion for seniors. I highly recommend everything this building has to offer to anyone lookin for a new place to call home.

This community is stellar! The apartments are beautifully updated and very spacious, the grounds and interior are impeccable but most importantly the staff are loving, helpful and kind. Many of the staff members have worked here for years. Their love for the residents really shows and they truly care about the families too. Grand Villa of Clearwater has a very positive energy. It is a super impressive community filled with joy and compassion.
