  I am just moving in & can not say enough about everyone. I have met a few people in my building & all are wonderful and very nice. Raymond & Bea in the office have helped me through the process & have been fantastic & so wonderful and nice. The maintenance crew that has helped me has been fantastic & early on getting thing done, I was shocked but so very happy. I didn't need items done as I am still in the process of settling in. I know I am going to love it here. I can't wait till I am done so I can relax. Thanks to everyone's help & kindness. I am looking forward to planting myself here for a very long time. :>)

  Each time there’s been an issue with the dishwasher someone would always come in to look at and try to fix it. Our problem was never with maintenance just the frustration of not having a working dishwasher. But the issue is being resolved; thank you for taking care of this!! UPDATE: the dishwasher has been replaced! Thanks again

  Been here 9 years now and like everywhere you have great and bad experience from time to time. So far all the maintenance services were completed in timely manner and couldn’t be happier. Only thing that bothers me is that people leave their trash around the compactor or on a road on the way to the trash compactor. We should all keep this place clean.

  Bea was amazing!! She was extremely helpful and made the whole process extremely easy. I have a baby on my hip 24/7 so it’s hard for me to get anything done but when i was in her office with him signing papers for 30mins to an hour she was entertaining my little one so he wouldn’t get fussy while i had to get everything. So excited to live somewhere where the workers and managers are extremely friendly and helpful!
