Liz, Cesar, and Kristina - along with some other employees here - deserve nothing but praise for their assistance in upgrading a 7-member phone plan to a 7-member unlimited data plan.

Each of them were patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Kristina explained the new plan; Cesar moved us all to the new plan; and Liz (single-handedly) fixed a number of issues that arose when we upgraded.

Problems that we can’t foresee happen. I have to admit that I was frustrated when those issues first arose but halfway through and at the end, I was laughing and pleased and thankful for their help.

If you give them your time and patience, these employees will truly help you with anything you need, and after today I am so pleased they were able to do that. Thank you to all three of you.

Dr. Merricks is an incredibly compassionate therapist who worked with me during the year my physical and mental health deteriorated at an accelerated pace. I was unsure how to recover as I needed more than therapy and she was always there for encouragement to keep trying the next thing until I found relief. She is also very prompt at communication via her patient portal whenever I needed help (which was very often during this year).

I highly recommend her expertise in CBT and working with you to improve your situation. One of the best!
