Everyone on the phone was very friendly, and the service technician who delivered the device carefully explained how to use it, made sure I had necessary supplies, and helped me get connected with the Adapt Health App.

Thanks, Jason for your help in setting this machine up, for the extra tubing and cannula, and the instructions. You were very helpful to make sure everything was working as expected before you left. He very carefully and completely explained all the equipment, answered all my questions, and helped me overcome my fear of this new medical need. Jason went out of his way to make himself available for any follow-up concerns that may arise….what a fantastic asset he is to your company!
