I would like to share my positive experiences with AUTO OWNER’s Insurance Co, specifically, agent Mr Dylan Jazynka , Claims Representative, and Mr. Phillip Scantlebury, AutoPhyscial Damage Apparsier,
Unfortunately, I was involved in a MVA. And more unfortunately, my newer TESLA was deemed a total loss. Insurance claims and the mechanism by which they are processed of course are unknown, scary, and daunting for any claimant. Tales and myths of insurance companies’ customer service policies many times regale with negative and financial ruin for owners or worse lengthy protracted system
Issues that never resolve without legal suits and the like.
As well, many companies outsource telephonic triage and customer service calls to a variety of agents from both around the country and around the world, Thus, that connection between the insured and insurance company becomes more mechanical; creating a perception of losing the vital confidence and trust in the Co.’s ability to address the concerns of the individual.
Not so with Auto Owners Insurance Co.. To say I was hesitant, somewhat jaded, and scared are understatements regarding what would happen to the car, the claim, and my financial burden.
From the beginning , Mr. Jazynka was available to allay my fears, describe the process, regardless of the number of times I contacted him . He remained committed, patient and clear. Furthermore, the claim’s documentation was straightforward, easy to complete, and efficient. Therefore, not needing redundant copious notes and or reports.
Having Mr. Jazynka clearly represents AUTO OWNER’s quality, exemplary customer service policies; especially their motto of :it’s not special treatment, if you treat everyone special” .
Wow, I am so thankful, so thankful for his expertise, patience, and expressions of sympathy for my loss.
In addition, Mr. Phillip Scantlebury, Auto Owner’s appraiser, he too defined what customer service is and means to the company; to be a business that is recognized for its award winning service among many many companies touting similar claims that fall short of Auto Owner’s policies and products. He worked tirelessly with the collision center’s agent, retuning multiple times to assure the estimate was accurate and would meet my expectations of making my car “whole” ; drivable and safe.
He too was available despite the number of times I repeated the same questions or concerns. He remained patient and addressed my questions with thorough honest answers, going above the responsibilities of the role as a damage appraiser. His dedication to the company and the claimant and his expertise in his field were refreshing, welcomed, and appreciated.
It is without reservation, that I fully recommend AUTO OWNER’s , their agents, Mr. Dylan Jazynka and Mr. Phillip Scantlebury for any insurance needs and as a company with integrity, accountability, and passion for treating everyone special.

Working with Hannah Dowd after my daughter's accident was a complete pleasure. . She was so helpful and handled the process smoothly. So grateful she handled my claim with so much empathy and compassion. Thank you for a wonderful experience during a difficult time.
Other than not having an accident, my experience with Auto Owners Ins was the best possible. Hanna was easy to work with, I really felt I had someone on my side and she helped me through the entire process. Even their adjuster Thomas was great.
I have already recommended Auto Owners to a couple of family members, and if you are on the market for insurance you should check them out. They are worth every penny. Speaking of pennies, they let me go where I wanted to take my "baby". I absolutely loved that.
Hannah did a great job of contacting me initially to start the claim, giving me her contact info and then she followed up with further information to close the claim in an efficient manner. Great service all the way through. Very pleased.
My experience working with Auto Owners was very rewarding. My contact Hannah Dowd displayed an extreme amount of professionalism but what really stood out was how much she cared that my claim would be taken care of as quickly as possible. Auto Owners was not even my insurance carrier. They happened to be the insurance provider for the claimant that hit my vehicle but they called me the very day the accident occurred and had an adjuster out to visit me the next day. Hannah stayed involved throughout the process to make sure that things were being handled on a timely basis. It is very rare these days to receive good personal service but that is truly what I received from Hannah at Auto Owners Insurance. I recommend this company very highly if someone is looking for a company that handles claims proficiently.
