I had several therapist, lets start there. Most, before they even know me already think they know how to help because a book tells them how to. I've been with Tiffany for a good while now. And unlike others, she actually took time to hear me out and really get to know me so that she can provide the help I need. She focuses on me as an individual instead of saying "well do this because a book says that should fix it." She is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to really get to know my 'issues' to find the best way to help me. I love that about her, it built-up trust with her. For anyone that's like me that doesn't trust ANYONE, you know that's important. She has helped me more that anyone else before and I can see that she really is helping me because she took the time to understand me. She's amazing and I would recommend her to anyone!!!
