KSK Marina Clearwater

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. I have paid much more for way less in other places. They know how to run a hotel here, and the value matches the stay!
Check in was very easy and efficient, with a very friendly clerk at the desk who had everything ready to go, even though we had only booked the room last minute about 20 minutes prior to our arrival.
The room was very clean, even the floors and tub area which are often overlooked in many places. I loved that the room was also on the ground floor, as we have adventure gear with us and it was much easier to transfer from the car straight into the room. Each room also has a marked parking space, so there is no confusion and you get a spot right outside of your door!
There is everything you need form a mini fridge (which actually worked!), a microwave, ice machine, a TV with movie channels that don’t have commercials, and even a pool. In the mornings, you get a real breakfast that ranges from cereal and bagels, to eggs, bacon, and waffles.
If you do need anything else, pharmacies and grocery stores are not far from this location. The hotel also gets discounts for its customers at several nearby restaurants.
The hotel was quiet, and the room had wonderful curtains that blocked all of the incoming light. We got a wonderful nights sleep here. I am glad that we chose this place in a last minute search and would definitely come back here if we are in the area again.
This place would be great if you need to stay for multiple days, and perfectly safe if you are traveling alone or with kids.

i found the hotel to be quite and the rooms were very clean and friendly staff. Nothing over the top with the room, simple, but clean and well stocked. I also found the room to be very quiet which sometimes at Christmas is not always the case with some hotels. The breakfast was hot and well tended by staff. All the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and pleasant with all customers. Great location to the Keys, restaurants, shopping.

For a dated motel/ hotel it was kept up beautifully and so clean. They take pride in their jobs and do so well. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet and quaint and safe and the breakfast was honestly so thoughtful and yummy and we loved it. I understand all the reviews now. I would recommend staying more than one night for sure. Crisp AC and instant hot water. We met the famous Sunny and he was just as pleasant as the comments said he would be. It was clear he took pride in his property and I would like to congratulate him for taking on the Quality Inn as well! It was a great great stay and I would love to come back soon!

Great place to stop and break up a long drive. Staff were extremely friendly when checking in and again on checkout. Staff assisted us with advice on things to see on our next drive towards our next stop which was greatly appreciated! Thank you Sunny!
Breakfast was good which easy take away coffee and snack options to grab before hitting the road.
The pool was sensational! So clean, nice and warm.
Beds were super comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Best sleep I’ve had in my 2.5weeks of road tripping.

A Gem! I travel a lot and can be extremely discerning when looking at places to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We were met by Luis, the night front desk guy. He was so friendly and had a smile on his face. That is nice to see when you've been on the road for a number of hours and it is late. Sunny, the owner, knows how to take care of his guests. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want a comfortable stay.

These guys do fantastic work! They installed our twin 10ft blade power poles on our double decker pontoon. We couldn’t be happier with their work and quality of service! They say if you want something done right do it yourself but you can trust KSK will take care of your boat as if it were their own. Thanks guys!

Carolee was so nice! Excellent customer service from all the staff. We rented a pontoon boat for half a day and they were super flexible and accommodating. The boat and the marina had everything we needed. Loved our experience. Would highly recommend, definitely will come back!

KSK Marina is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and helpful on top of offering gorgeous pontoons to rent. We rented one for a 1/2 day very last minute, and the staff were beyond accommodating. Their boats are impeccably clean and well maintained. Cannot recommend KSK enough for all your boating needs!
