The only place I'll go to send packages great customer service very friendly.

TL;DR: I'll never go to the city post office again because I get exceptional service in a timely manner at Bubbles, Wrap, and Send.

Bubbles, Wrap and Send has been my go-to mailing location for around 10 years. When I walk into the store, I always feel like I'm in a small town post office. I don't mail packages often, but when I walk into the store, I'm generally greeted by name. Not only is she a constant friendly presence in the store, but service is always provided in a speedy manner. Even when they're busy.

Before my packages are mailed, Kris will always show me the different shipping options, and has even gone as far as repackaging my items into a smaller box to save me money or taping the packages more securely if my tape starts to lift. This personalized, friendly service is not the main reason I continue to use their services. The main reason is how fast and accurate the process is from the time I walk in to the time I leave. The city post office and dedicated UPS stores are painfully slow. Bubbles Wrap and Send definitely lower my stress levels by being friendly, speedy and accurate.

Why am I writing all this after so many years? I was shocked to read a few negative reviews speaking of the exact opposite experience that I've had for years. For example, one reviewer was unhappy that the store was closed. IMO, if you have a package that has to go out ASAP, and your local mom and pop post office is closed, you do have different options. To complain that a family run business closes because they want to spend time with their family is... silly.

This is a great store with great people who run it.

The lady that works there is really nice. She was nice to me on the phone and when I got there she helped me pack up my shipment.

Excellent Service. I take my packages only to Kris and have never had a bad experience. I have been in the store when people have been very demanding and requesting her to do things contradictory to what the postal service or UPS require and she has put the best interest of the customer first, patiently explaining why something is not recommended and what the outcome would be if she went through with their request. I for one want someone like this shipping my packages and helping me to make the best shipping decisions so I can be assured my packages will reach their destinations quickly and safely. She has even gone so far as to secure my packages more when she felt there was a chance my tape would not hold. Again, excellent customer service AND by shipping here you are supporting small businesses! Continue the great service Kris!!
