There was a big mix up with the secretary and we were not able to meet at the originally scheduled time. Don Dutchess called me on the following work day, apologized several times for the meeting issue and came out and met with me to examine the roof. I appreciated his willingness to follow up and make things right.

The owner, Donald Duchess, came out to look at the roof initially and give the quote which we thought was very fair. His employee, Brandon Byrd, who was in charge of the repair work was very pleasant to work with and kept us informed of every single thing he was doing to repair our roof. We had two leaks that needed to be addressed. Dutch did a complete assessment of our roof. It turned out that out that our dryer vent was not a leak but a clog in the screen causing condensation to flow down through the pipe. The second leak was a window that needed to be caulked and a gutter that needed to be extended to prevent water from flowing down the walls of the house. Dutch was very honest and told us that our roof was in good condition. We will definitely use him again if we have a problem.
