When you get to really see the behind the scenes of any organization and the fruit they produce you can without effort say they have an awesome foundation. Premis is Prime but unlike Amazon they don't charge you for a great experience. There will always be disagreement and people upset because everything didn't go their way but I pray nothing but success over this wonderful organization. God bless

Amazing experience! These people are real professionals! I have been a real estate investor for over 17 years mostly doing my own management. This was my first out of state property purchase and knew my biggest challenge was going to be finding a great property manager. I called 8-10 local property management companies and this was the only place that answered my call right away. All the others had an automatic recording that went to a voicemail. I was blown away with Heather and could tell she knew her business inside and out. She thoroughly explained their systems, how they manage their properties and work with owners. She answered every one of my questions perfectly. Their management fees are very fair and simple and I found them to be the best value. All the other companies had so many extra fees it was crazy. I was happy to find they list properties on all the good sites that tenants are looking on, which is very important. The property I purchased needed a decent amount of work to get ready to rent. All of their maintenance team companies were great to work with. Their Plumber, Electrician, Pest Control, Handyman, and Cleaning lady, all great people with fair prices. Heather and her team did a great job managing the project very quickly and got it on the market for top rental dollar. They found several great tenants, did the credit check and background on each and helped me pick the right one. Overall they have done an excellent job and communicated perfectly with me. They answer the phone every time and return emails very quickly. Hope to buy more property for them to manage in the future!

Heather processed my application. I had to move on short notice with working overtime and she kept me updated every step of the way.
Glenn is the absolute best. Just a great person to work with. Upfront and attentive. There's now an app to submit work orders and questions. But if I ever needed a quick answer, I could always count on Glenn.
Paul, the handyman, is prompt, courteous, and focused. He's quick to schedule work orders and he's in and out.
