Aside from being very personable and professional, Will provided great service, wonderful explanations and insights, and was transparent about costs and services at every step. When I need an electrician again, I will be calling Positricity and requesting Will by name! Thanks for taking care of everything for us Will! Instead I was greeted by a very pleasant customer service representative Jonna who secured me an appointment and promised to follow up with me the next day, which she did. Technician was on time, efficient, polite and solved the problem, informing me of the steps along the way.
