Two thing to remember: one, tarmac is hot in summer, only shade is other aircraft wings; two, 30 minutes is from engine ON, not in air. Pick a busy day and a good portion of the flight could be on the taxiway. Not something under their control.”

You would think they would plan for that sort of thing. I rate them a 5 because their purpose is to deliver groceries you order, simple as that.”

“Great service, Carl in the service department sends an email right back to me when I have questions almost immediately. When I have requested service, it is usually timely. A few times I was not charged for mobile service and then without notification, I was, but when I inquired with management, it was waived for only an additional time. Josh the St. Pete Gulfport Manager waived it for me and I appreciate it since it was almost $300. I now understand there is a charge. I will be bringing my boat in for bottom painting this Friday. MarineMax was able to grant this request within a week. Again, Carl has been great about communicating with me to make arrangements to bring in my SeaRay and stated it will take about a week. That’s reasonable since I can’t use the boat during the week due to work and can do without it this weekend. The only issue I have with MarineMax is pricing. They are a little high for the 100 hour service, but just by a little; however, that’s gas money ($900 v $700 I paid for my 200 hr. with another company). For the bottom paint job, I was quoted $2300 and another competitor was $2000 but could not get it done until late August. Update, just had bottom paint job done within the time specified and looks great. Hopefully it does it’s job and anti-fouls well. Price was the exact quoted. I’ll see in a few weeks. Didn’t realize Carl had already left MarineMax when I went to pick up my boat and saw Ben Tenney there, who is also awesome with communication and needs. He was able to get me out the door and out to sea. Thanks, guys and MM!”

Todd is very knowledgeable and I was able to demo a couple boards as my goal was to have a hard board, displacement hull as an addition to my current first board an isup, planing hull… but had never paddled one. What I thought I would like did not end up being the one, when I paddled the one I bought it was like it had been waiting for me to find it! Small shop, message or call to be sure he is there as he may be just up the street on a demo and worth it to check his place and amazing service and beautiful boards before you decide. Thanks for the extra help for my first hard board and the tips on how to improve my skills while we were out also! 🌻Next some roof racks lol.”
