(November 27, 2021, 8:14 pm)My sister and I were attempting a 100 mile ride today. The sidewall of her rear tire began to buldge and was failing. Luckily we were near OTE bikes. Met Todd who is an incredible person. He explained that he has been unable to restock his supply of tires. He offered to put a used tire on for her. He had us back on the road quick and we hit our goal of 100 miles. Wouldn't have happened without meeting Todd today. Highly recommend OTE bikes!
