This T-Mobile store has the BEST PEOPLE working. They are PROFESSIONAL but also they are PATIENT, KIND, UNDERSTANDING...did I mention PATIENT?? AMBER has spent literally hours helping me set up my new phone and then instructing me on how to use it and then also trouble shooting it. My family has just totally gone to T-Mobile and are 100% sold on our great choice!!

Both Mary and Derrick at the t-mobile store in Dunedin at Granada Plaza go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The two of them are a GREAT team...they work together well. My husband and I have been up to the store several times as we each got new Iphones. They go beyond to make sure you are happy. They are very pleasant to work with. Kudos to both of them👍🏻

Love the customer service at T-Mobile Dunedin. Jay is the best... knowledgeable and courteous... thank you for assisting me with my Apple Watch issues and for staying past closing to ensure we had a resolution before I left. 5 Stars!!!!!
