(July 27, 2022, 8:30 pm)We have had a great experience at Rock Solid Fitness. We needed to find a place that could address a specific health challenge with expertise. Patty Durell went out of her way to understand what were were looking for and give careful, detailed information on how RS could help us meet our goals. We were excited and reassured to find a place where the staff has physical therapy training. They crafted highly individualized workout plans that we felt comfortable with and adapted them as our needs changed. They were super encouraging and supportive during workouts and we felt truly cared for. We give Rock Solid our highest recommendation!
(July 11, 2022, 1:58 pm)What an amazing experience! Rock Solid has a great facility and even better staff. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and motivating. Their training method is something I have never seen before but wow! What a workout is was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personal trainer/accountability coach!
(March 1, 2022, 1:00 pm)Love going to Rock Solid Fitness and training 1:1 with the staff. All of them are there to make sure you are exercising with the right form, so no injuries allowed! I love getting a half hour workout which addresses my muscles and doesn’t let me waste time on nonsense. The music is perfect for me - good tunes and not too loud. The place to shower is small but spotless. And the equipment all is in top shape. I never feel underdressed or uncomfortable because of my size and age. Parking is easy. None of the “massage chair” extra charge nonsense. The staff follow up and ask how you are feeling in addition to reminding you of your “self care” chores. Friendly accountability is the rule. I also like that they ask you how you like to be coached - I’m not into yelling or cheering, but I like to start the day by accomplishing something good. The people there make sure you do a good job for yourself and you know it!
(September 21, 2021, 1:12 pm)I really enjoy my time at Rock Solid Fitness. It's an intense workout that doesn't take a lot of time and I am seeing results in less than a month. The instructors are great and push me (like I asked them to) to work until I've really made a maximum effort. For me this will be ongoing part of my overall well being.
