“Today was my first time at Eric's shop. I was recommended by a friend. I have had a trust issue with shops doing mediocre work or dealerships up charging me for many things but it seems in today's world you would think if all else fails you go to the dealership. I have had this idea in my head for 16 years so you can imagine how much money and time I have wasted. Today I went into Eric's shop to get a CV axle boot fixed. On the phone he quoted a what I thought was already a reasonable price to fix the axle so I agreed to come in. On the phone I also mentioned to inspect the other axles to see if they are nearing the need to be replaced and Eric told me he will check everything to make sure the other good ones are still good. In person, Eric is a very nice, honest, and professional guy. He treated me with respect and told me after the inspection what needed to be done and recommended me that I fix the whole axle and not just the boot because fixing the boot alone would cost more money. Then he looked up to see how long it usually would take to fix the axle and saw that the recommended time was longer than the time he usually needed to fix an axle so he offered to lower the price of the labor. The job was finished 30mins less than what he had told me and the price was a little over half of the original quote he gave me so I was extremely satisfied. I then inspected the axles on both sides to compare the quality and I will conclude this review by saying that I definitely would come back again for all my automobile repairs.”
