  The location is perfect and the home is very well appointed. It's clear that a lot of careful thought went in to creating a relaxing beach getaway. The view from the deck was stellar with the beach just a few steps away so we could come and go throughout the day without having to carry a bunch of stuff down to the beach each day. We're a family that likes to cook and we were pleasantly surprised to find everything we needed in the kitchen to produce some memorable meals. The beds and other furnishings are beach appropriate and very comfortable. Kathleen was responsive and easy to work with. Our stay was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.

  Nice place! Great location! Parking was easy and close to everything you would want food wise and entertainment wise! We only had 4 people but plenty of room for more than that. Couch was comfy to hang out and relax after long day. The back porch for coffee in the morning was perfect listening to the waves while starting the day. Plenty of toys down below to take to beach. Within walking distance to some great food! We all enjoyed the place and the trip!

  Florida Sundowner Beach House we’re great accommodations for our family of 11 plus local family to visit. Ice cold air kept us comfortably chilled upstairs. Amazing view of the gulf, awesome shade space underneath to gather, a perfect size fenced in grassy backyard for the grandkids to play. And of course steps to IRB which is great. Reminds me of when I lived here many years ago. The host is very accommodating and I recommend it without hesitation.

  This property was great! Kathleen was prompt in communicating with us throughout. We had several adults, teenagers, and a little one…everyone had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked even for some unexpected items like a steamer basketr. There is also plenty of beach items (towels, mats, chairs, etc). Ultimately though, the view and beach access are spectacular!

  Beautiful location. Home was spic and span. I loved the welcome bucket complete with information and goodies. Very thoughtful. The house is updated and comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchen and then some. Master had the extra touch of blackout blinds. Of course, not enough can be said for the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach for the whole family. Downstairs also provided a shaded area for showering sand off and for kids to let off some steam. Kathleen was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property for a fun and peaceful stay at the beach!
