“Betty Ann and Bruce are true blue Gods children. They were very personable and accommodating. They didn’t have a problem with me extending my stay and they made me feel right at home. I feel blessed to meet such a nice couple and I will always remember my stay,, while I was closing my real estate purchase. The only problem I had was staying at a corporate hotel the first week I was in Largo. Wish I knew about the Sea Star before I drove by it. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!!😎🏖 It’s easy for love these people!”

“We had 17 family members here for a early Christmas week. The owner could not have been more helpful! There are four fully supplied apartments, connected. There's a pool, tv room with picnics tables, game room with another tv/chairs, a five minute walk to the beach, everything you need for a wonderful time. Each room has a tv, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, there's a grill downstairs. I think you can sleep up to 32 people. Go to his website, not Airbnb for a better price.”

“Overall the food was good. There were 5 of us and the service we had was nice, we were taken care of. There was a good source of foods to choose from. My oysters were fresh and shucked clean. The Chicago ones were just okay- they had a pieces of shell cooked in with the cheese.. my daughters beer battered grouper sandwich was great. The scallops were cooked well but the shrimp was over cooked. The crab cakes were tasty and the sushimi tuna was fresh and sliced thinly. The prices were also good and the atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed our dinner.”

“We're in love with this place! We will definitely try to come back and stay with Myrtle in the future. It's a great location. The beach is calm, hardly any crowds. Everyone basically clears out by dinner time. There's lots within walking distance. You really don't need a car or to go far. Just eat at the local places within a couple blocks. 😍 Bonus: the red algea is bioluminescent and glows in the dark at night. It's so beautiful! It's like stars all over your body in the water. It's a must see experience. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Thank you Myrtle for being such an amazing host. It's super nice that's she lives on the property.”

“Very cute local restaurant close to the beach, literally right across the road! Their patio seating is very romantic with a street view of the beach. The service was excellent and quick, their prices are very nice as well. A glass of sangria was only $5.50! The food came out hot, the bread was warm, and the overall taste was very delicious! We’ll be back next time we visit for sure!”

We stayed in one of the 1st level villas and I could sit in a armchair in the living room or at the kitchen table while working on my laptop and clearly see the beach and the water. The villa was very cute and comfortable with nice extras like an abundance of towels! A very nice small complex with personal attention to detail. We will definitely return.”

“Amazing getaway for our family. We stayed at the Narrows. We rented all 3 cottages for two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Very comfortable with plenty of space. Rooms and kitchens were well stocked. It was the perfect location right off the beach. Heated pool was great for the kids. They had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of pool toys for use. This was our first vacation since the pandemic started and it could not have been better. Having the whole place to ourselves was great. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Tons of great local restaurants with take out options. We will absolutely be back.”
