Dr. Zook and staff are the absolute best! Everyone is kind and understanding. I want to give Tina a special thanks for being so caring and explaining everything thoroughly. Even at check out Trula always has the best attitude and is great with scheduling my next appointment. From the first initial phone call to the end of my appointment I was super satisfied and have been going ever since.

My experience with academic alliance has been amazing. I initially came to visit for an abnormal amount of hair loss. I was so scared, and as a young 20 year old girl who thought I was healthy my confidence felt like it would never recover. After seeing 2 other dermatologists who essentially told me they did not know how to help, I came here as a last ditch effort to gain some closure or at least discover why I was having problems. Dermatologist Gloria was so kind! I walked into her office visibly crying and upset and she went above and beyond to try to help reassure me that it would be okay. She was also so knowledgeable and took her time to explain all of my different options and made sure I was informed. Only 2 appointments later, we had discovered the cause of my problems and she has given me both effective treatment options and hope, as well as most of my confidence back. I am very grateful I was able to have her as my dermatologist and I could not be happier. Thank you!

Dr. Zoe and her assistant are awesome. They are an excellent team, very cheerful and polite. She removed 6 age spots with Nitrogen, biopsied 5 moles and injected a scared spot. Less than 45 mins and no pain. Very efficient.
