I have NEVER in my life felt so listened to by a doctor. I’ve struggled with poorly managed asthma for my entire life, and Dr. Smith took like 30 minutes just to talk to me about every single concern and explain every little detail of it to me. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor and I’m hopeful that my lifelong struggle is about to improve.
Dr. Smith was incredibly patient, caring and in-depth. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provide explanations. I did not feel rushed, or brushed-off as I have in the past. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
