As a wife, mother and grandmother you tend to put yourself last. Through my Oom Yung Doe training I have learned to balance my mind and body using the weapons and practicing the forms. I have never felt this energetic in all my life.

I am 63 years old and have been practicing for 7 years. I have noticed improvement in my balance and stamina. I love this form of martial arts as it focuses more on your health and keeps you flexible. The instructors are patient and very knowledgeable.
