This is a review of my insurance agent, Jacob Torres. He has been a lifesaver for me! I had been with another insurance company Regarding my plan F supplement with Medicare. I went with a friend to help her pick out a Medicare Insurance plan with Jacob because she needed me as a back up so she could hear and understand everything. While I was there I decided to ask him about my plan and he was able to switch me over to another company that offered plan F as well and he was able to save me Over $700 with what he was able to offer!! Jacob has been so helpful with this as well as beening absolutely wonderful and patient with my friend. He has walked her through choosing a plan and all the ins and outs of it and has made so many phone calls for her, he has gone out of his way to make sure that we understood every part that was being offered to her and how it worked and made sure we were comfortable with all of it! A very strong family man and we both felt extremely comfortable with him and feel that he has a very honest and patient personality! We are both so glad that we have him as our insurance agent!
