For a year have been fighting insurance and trying to get service. Laura got me fixed up in 24 hours and Jenn was Outstanding. Every experience other than this has been a night mare. When Rotech they took my name I called back ONE time said I was trying for a year to get this done. she called me back tgat day set up appt. I am now sleeping peacefully Thank You Laura and Jenn

Reginald delivered my walker first thing in the morning on my last day in the hospital. It was so nice not having to wait. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk with.

I don't know who will get this text, but pls let everyone know what a great job Jen did for me today. I was very apprehensive about getting the machine, but Jen completely took that out of the picture. She is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. The Largo office went way above and beyond helping me get my new machine. Tracy was great fighting for me to get my new CPAP machine. My old machine died a month ago the middle of June 2022. I called and spoke to Tracy and she informed me that the machine was discontinued and no longer used, plus she informed me it was recalled back in 2016. I got the machine in 2012. With Tracy's help I finally got my new machine July 13, 2022. All she needed was a form filled out with the inhale and exhale pressures and my doctor's signature. She faxed and called nearly everyday to get someone to fax her the form. The finally came through and Tracy received the form. Zero complaints
