Seamless. In and out in 5 minutes. Very organized. Poll workers were all extremely friendly.

Seems like an efficiently-run government office. The receptionist was quick to help and was able to help. She was answering phone calls with a headset between people arriving at the desk, which since there was no line, was not a problem. The building does suffer in the sense that figuring out where to go is not as intuitive or is as signed as well as it might should be. You enter from what looks to be the side of the building, away from the primary parking area. Even the building can be difficult to find from major roads, though it is signed a bit better on the Starkey entrance than from the Ulmerton entrance.
