wish a had a 6th star to give. Eric was AWESOME, Basic battery changed shouldve been 10 min, nothing but issues with frozen terminal, Eric Went ABOVE & BEYOND. He was courteous, professional , very Customer oriented and took care of me. we NEED more People like him, reminded me of how people helped you back in the day.

Great customer service. Thomas helped me out and is a major life saver. My boyfriend made a huge mistake that could have coast us another $150 dollars on top of the $320 we already had spent on parts, Thomas swapped the part for me at no cost. This is something he did not have to do due to the fact it was our own fault the part broke. They stand behind their customer service and I am greatly appreciative.
