Jen provided excellent service, beginning with an outstanding shampoo, helpful advice, a great cut and pleasant conversation. All staff at Salon West were very professional and welcoming. The Salon was very clean, very relaxing and affordable.

Excellent client services. Upfront pricing, email appointment reminders, and just an overall feeling of being pampered during your visit. Leslie is amazing. She listens, asks questions about your styling habits and preferences, and was able to turn my over-processed, sun and chlorine damaged hair into a glossy, healthy looking head of hair. She's amazing!

Worth every penny. The stylists know what they are doing and can handle any time of hair. I have EXTREMELY thick and curly hair and my stylist did it with ease. She was a level 5 stylist so if you do have tricker hair I recommend get a higher level stylist. Also, side note, they have massage chairs. Worth it!

Clayton is so passionate about his career. He takes time to understand exactly what your needs require. I am impressed with the whole facility and the many services they provide.
