I am writing this review to share my experience working with Ms. Kim Leach of Arrington Insurance of Florida. I was a first-time home buyer in Florida and completely unaware of the additional challenges with home insurance due to the state's weather and close proximity to water. I was completely unprepared and uneducated. Kim found the time and also made the effort all of the details associated with hurricane resistant roofing and flood insurance requirements. My experience with becoming a Florida homeowner would have been much more difficult without Kim's help. I will continue to do all of my homeowner insurance business with Kim Leach in the future and HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new insurance agent to contact Kim.

I have been working with Arrington Ins for several years now, when Arrington/Kim was highly recommended to give them a try. She is the only ins agent that I have ever worked with that has been so patient, honest, professional and helpful. She will explain everything in detail so I clearly understand, always makes me feel comfortable. Customer Service is her middle name. Even when she can't do anything to help, she still goes the distance. I feel bad always bugging her, but she has NEVER been anything but professional, kind and geniune. I HIGHLY recommend this insurance agency and Kim Leach :)
