  Came here from Minnesota and had a great time!! Amazing place to stay, the condos are clean, the pool area is unkept! Private entry to the pool, the beach and ocean front which is literally 30 second walk!! The staff is great, people were awesome! Only thing that sucks is their elevator….. takes forever to come but otherwise amazing place!

  Worth it.
  We stayed on the seventh floor and the view of the gulf was amazing. 🌅 This condominium has strict rules about the standards of design, functionality and cleanliness that the individual owners agree to maintain. They have a nice pool and grill area. Their hot tub is massive and stays open until 12:45 am. There is plenty of parking even when they're full. Each rental gets two parking spaces.
  In either direction, north or south on Gulf Blvd, there are a dozen great places to eat within walking distance.
  Make sure you visit John's Pass and try a divey joint on the boardwalk past Caddy's. You'll know it when you see it. Order their incredibly expensive lobster roll. You'll probably grab another one for on the way back to watch the sunset. You are welcome.

  Awesome location and view. 70s decor in room 105, but decent. Pricing good from the Florida accommodations group. Walking distance from John's pass shopping and food.

  Great views and good amenities. Beach access was fansastic, down some stairs and past the pool and you're literally right in the sand. Close by some cool ice cream places and nice restaurants. Would recommend.
