Seaview Vacations

This place is a perfect vacation spot! We loved the condo that we stayed in and had everything that we needed. It needed to be a great place as we were celebrating our anniversary multiple birthdays, and one getting their master's degree and it did not disappoint!💖

I have been coming to Seaview for over 30 years. The location is fantastic and I didn't have any problem with the unit. They recently closed their onsite office and went to all remote management. This has led to some problems.
I requested 2 parking passes as I was asked to do. Upon check in I was told that was somehow missed and I was advised to try going to the Schooner 3 properties down to see if they would let me park? Really?
I was told to be sure to use the parking pass that was left in the room. There was no parking pass in the room. In the week I was there I never saw anyone wearing a wristband. Who is checking to see who is wearing wristbands? Nobody there to do that so I guess why bother?
One afternoon I saw a guy walk in from the street and get in the hot tub. I asked him which unit he was in and he told me some stupid answer so I made him leave. He got nasty but he did leave. Again nobody checking anything. It isnt the guests job to police the property.
I think the decision to close the office is a mistake. It was what made Seaview special. It is sad to me after all these years.

I have been going to Seaview every year since 2008 and sometimes multiple times in the same year and it never disappoints. I have met the owners of unit 105 and they are wonderful. Their unit is always up to date and well stocked. The onsite management team is outstanding. Martha and her staff are prompt, pleasant, professional and thorough. Past onsite personnel Susan and Pat were the same. Jeff in maintenance is golden. The pool and pool area are spotless every day. Any minor issues we had in our unit he fixed right away. I am concerned that the Seaview board is now moving to remote check in and Jeff no longer has access to any units going forward. One of favorite reasons I chose Seaview was the onsite management and maintenance. I have rented several other condo's and homes in the past with no one onsite and it was a hassle quite a few times. I hope this is revisited. Don't want to bad mouth the best condo on the gulf though. This place is spectacular.

Our family of 6 stayed at Seaview last week and loved our stay! The property is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning and amazing sunsets every night. We loved using the sand toys/chairs that past guests left (assuming) and we had TONS of towels to use (always a plus!). The only negative was the bathrooms don't have exhaust venting, but that could just be due to the age of the building. We will be back!!!

Ideally located with miles of beautiful sugar sand beaches at your doorstep; the complex features private, reserved parking; a beautiful, beachfront pool, spa, and patio area featuring a shared gas grille; and a friendly, helpful staff; each combining to make Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach a favorite, repeat destination for couples and families for decades.

Each of the twenty-five privately-owned units feature a large, private, gulf-front patio affording not only a private place to relax, but also breathtaking views of the gulf, the beach, and the private pool area; each literally steps away. The sunsets are simply breathtakingly beautiful.

We wholeheartedly recommend Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach and will be sure to return again.
