  Thank you Beamworks for providing us with quality equipment and service. I received the wireless mics on time as promised. The equipment was in excellent condition and easy to use. The return process was even easier! It is a wonderful service you provide. Should I have a need for similar in the future I would certainly use your company again. Oh, and yes there were no technical glitches and the shows were amazing!:)

  Amazing customer service! The entire staff at Beamworks is really great! We rent anywhere from 10-20 body microphones from them for a high school musical each year. The mics are packaged well, look brand new , and work really well. We had a problem one time with one mic. They overnighted us a new mic with no cost to us! I am so pleased we found this company. We will use them for a long time to come.

  I have rented multiple (12 to 24) low profile headsets for a spring musical production from Beamworks for several years. Things arrived on time, in good shape, and the rates are good. But the measure of a company comes when things are not quite right... We had some technical issues during one production, and Beamworks was very responsive and quickly worked with me to get us the equipment we needed, fast. That sort of response, leads me to stick with a company.

  We had a great experience using Beamworks's services for a school-wide production. We rented 14 microphones (9 Lavalier and 5 low profile headsets); we were on a serious time crunch and Charles was especially helpful and transparent about costs, transportation time, and the shipping process. We received the microphones within 2 days, as we're based in South Florida, which was a huge relief. We rent a professional theater every year, and the mics worked well with all of their equipment - the theater director even suggested we recommend Beamworks to other schools who use the theater. In addition to providing a quality product & excellent customer service, Beamworks saved our school nearly $1,600 as it's far more affordable than local companies. We are looking forward to using their services again next year - highly recommended!

  We began using Beamworks, several years ago, as a supplement to a local shop for large productions, but wee so impressed with the gear, prices and service that we now rent all our wireless mics from them. Good gear at excellent prices, but the real difference is having someone to speak with when there is a problem. Service from Beamworks has been excellent, when we had a unit fail in rehearsal, they got us another one in a hurry.
