Second time that our company has used 3 J's Plumbing and its always a great experience. They are nice, professional, always have great availability and are very easy to communicate with. They also don't beat you over the head for pricing on repairs. We're so glad that we found them and they are local as well. We had a slow draining kitchen sink and called to set up a visit. James was at the house later that same day. He helped us get the sink cleared and taught me a few things along the way. He stayed until after dark to make sure all was good to go.

James is now our plumber. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone in the area.

I would highly recommend 3 J's to anyone needing plumbing work done in their home. At this point, there is no one else I even call. They have been out to my house to replace the water heater (which they found was under warranty, so I didn't have to buy a new one), unclog the drain, and fix the toilet when it wasn't flushing properly. In my experience, they have always answered my call, scheduled for the same day or next day, and arrived on time or early for appointments. They even were able to make it out on short notice, the day before we left on vacation, when we had water backing up into our bathtubs.

Their text messaging service lets you know the time window you scheduled on the phone, but also alerts you once the technicians are headed to your home with a specific ETA. This is great, as it lets us know when to get the dogs in the bedroom so they are out of the way.

They came to repair my toilet and I just can't say enough nice things about them. They are by far the best in the business. They don't over charge you, and they explain everything to you. Now, no one else will I call, and I recommend them to all I know. They are good Christian people. I don't have to worry about any plumbing needs anymore. I'd recommend them to anyone.
