  Found this studio while traveling! So many wonderful offerings with great instructors. Wished I lived closer so I can call this my home studio!

  Savage Yoga Studios is the place to sweat it out! I’ve been a member for about 6 weeks and am already noticing a change in my flexibility and strength! My schedule only allows for morning classes, and I’ve been taking double now for about 2 weeks!
  
  The 7am Hot Yoga class with Katie on M/W/F is an AMAZING way to start your day. Her music is fun, her cues are easy to follow (especially needed in the early am!), and her classes start gently, warming up the spine on the floor, but before you know it, you’re covered in sweat in your next Warrior 2! Her Power class on Saturday morning is awesome, too, but I can’t make that one anymore.
  
  I’ve also taken several Power classes, and LOVE the Wednesday 9:30 Power Yoga class the best! Jessica W is INCREDIBLE with her flows, beautifully choreographed, and delivers such a great work-out. Her music is motivating and fun, and her cues are easy to follow. I’m a giant puddle afterwards and feel ready for the day! I never want to miss this class!
  
  If you want to have some fun and work muscles you didn’t know you had, YOU MUST try Power Pilates, OMG! I was so nervous to try it, but the instructor, Tina, was very encouraging and had me right next to her, which was completely comfortable AND motivating. She is so funny (which you need while you’re feeling the burn!), her music is SUPER FUN, and you feel her workouts for days. I’m officially hooked!
  
  Everyone at this studio has been friendly, warm, and inviting. The instructors are friendly and welcoming, Meredith greets you with a genuine smile when you walk in, and is always encouraging members to try classes. She can help sign you up for classes and will happily introduce you to the instructor. The owner and master instructor, Elizabeth, is a bright soul who has clearly poured her heart and everything else into her business. She’s an amazing person, all around! The Studio is beautifully decorated, super clean, smells fresh, and has an eclectic boutique of retail items to shop. I can’t wait for my next class!

  I recently started going to Savage Yoga Studios and the classes have been amazing. Last week I took the owner Elizabeth's Foundation class. She is a talented instructor. I really enjoyed it. This week Kris taught Foundations and what can I say......I loved it! One more thing that is important to me is that Savage is a friendly and welcoming place. Give it a try......right in Old Palm Harbor!

  I can’t say enough good things about this unique & one of a kind studio! The instructors are all so amazing in their own way. I love the variety of all the classes as well as the different rooms to practice in. The space itself is relaxing, calm & comfortable. Everyone is so friendly.. all I feel are positive vibes from the time I walk in to the time I leave. From beginner to advance, to high intensity to restore- Savage yoga studios has it all! I’ll definitely be back for sure :)

  What a treat for Downtown Palm Harbor to have such an amazing studio such as Savage yoga studios. They are brand new, but packed with the best and most experienced teachers in the area.
  
  You feel peaceful the moment you walk in with the beautiful decor that immediately brings you into a state of bliss. Elizabeth goes out of her way with every detail, such as Manduka mat spray made of lemongrass! Cold towels are such a treat. And the new infrared heat is not overwhelming, just unbelievably satisfying!!
  
  They offer a monthly memberships as well as small packages if you’re just in town for a short time.
