We were about to begin our PI process with one of the popular “double-named” firms and immediately regretted it – they were impatient, dismissive of our concerns, and belittled us. A friend of ours recommended Maryann – they told us to at least give her a call and see how we felt. We gave Maryann a call and she talked with us WHILE ON VACATION – she was so patient, answered all of our questions, and just genuinely showed care and interest for our case. We immediately knew we needed her to represent us. After turning down the mainstream firm, they GUILT TRIPPED us for ultimately deciding to cut ties early in the process and sign with Maryann… it was ultimately a relief that we knew we made the right decision.
