Lansbrook Village by ARIUM

The quiet here and the clear crisp air the huge forest preserve provides me with a brain that functions at its best.I can hear owls at night and tiny birds in the mornings.Outside our bedroom widow the palm tree bears açaí berries and when the fruit was ripe the sounds of the birds collecting from the tree would wake us in the mornings, but really the quiet here is wonderful. There are now multiple children on our level and we all share the same stairwell, but we rarely hear them.
The views out our windows are amazing. Every morning for two years I have watched a small white egret come between 6:45 and 7:10 and walk around the pond-looking for breakfast. In the beginning he walked with a limp,slowly but now he is full grown and his left leg is just fine. Egrets,blue herons, double breasted cormorants and mottled ducks visit daily as well as deer 🦌 especially mornings and evenings. However pink spoonbills, ospreys, wood storks,hawks,snowy egrets and American bitterns are all frequent visitors. Both of our picture windows provide endless calm and distraction.
Nadia White helped us find this apartment and had so much patience while changes in move in dates and two different moving trucks from out of state created a difficult situation. Nadia has made this transition to apartment living so pleasant in a time of chaos.

My husband and I love our new community and our apartment. Kathy did an awesome job helping us find the perfect apartment that meets our needs. She was quick to answer any questions and remained patient with us as we made our decision. Lansbrook Village is clean and the grounds are well kept. We are definitely excited to call this place home!

I moved into Lansbrook village almost a month ago. I’ve never seen such a professional and well ran office. Kathy made the whole process so easy for me and she was very wonderful. I love my new apartment so much it’s exactly what I expected and so much more I can’t thank Lansbrook and Kathy enough for helping me find my new home !

5 STARS. Beautiful clean community. All of the staff at Lansbrook Village are wonderful. They always have a warm welcoming smile ❤️ Kathy the Assistant Property Manager is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and made our transfer seamless. I highly recommend this property.

Not only is Lansbrook Village a beautiful and safe community, the Property Manager, Kathy Aldridge, is the most professional, thorough and efficient staffer I've met! How refreshing to have confidence in a property manager who says what she's going to do and the actually does it. She lets not stone go unturned.
