It was pleasure working with Pamela to sell our family home. The covid-19 pandemic created unique challenges and concerns, but Pamela proactively presented a plan that made me feel comfortable. She facilitated virtual showings and answered questions prior to allowing interested buyers to schedule their in-person showings, thus minimizing foot traffic and guaranteeing only those who were seriously interested and qualified.

Additionally, her attendance at every showing ensured professionalism and that home details and upgrades were accurately discussed. Selling a home can be a personal and stressful process, but Pamela was a calming and confident partner throughout.

We recently listed and sold our home with One Properties International and we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. At our very first meeting Pamela was very thorough, showing us her plan in marketing luxury homes. We were very impressed with the wide reach in which our home would be viewed. Since we listed our home during Covid-19, we were concerned about showings. Pamela showed our home virtually and answered any questions a buyer might have before physically seeing our home. This was not only a great idea to weed out “lookie loo’s”, but to really get a sense if the buyers were serious. We were given 24 hours notice or if a buyer wanted to see before then, we were asked if it would be okay. This gave us time to clean up a bit and plan our schedules accordingly. We were also amazed that Pamela went to every showing. This showed us her dedication in selling our home – we have never had a realtor attend one showing much less all of them. We were so impressed! Once we received an Offer, Pamela was extremely diligent in vetting the buyer. She required a pre-approval letter from the lender and spoke with the lender to make sure the buyers were qualified and had monies in place. We were grateful Pamela went to such lengths because early on we had an Offer and after many attempts she was unable to secure any approval from the lender. This information helped us because we were able to make a decision whether to accept or not. From our experience with past realtors, they proposed for us to take the first Offer. They of course just want a sale. Pamela could have told us to take the first or even second Offer we had – but instead advised us, and in the end we sold our home without making any compromises. She knew what our bottom line was and since our home was a bit unique, fought for us to get it – which we know wasn’t easy! Pamela is a One of a Kind realtor and we will ask for her to represent us in the future without question!

Working with Pamela was a treat. She's professional and her negotiating skills are more worthy than just the five stars I gave her in the ratings. My house was not an easy sale. It was aging with many appliances needing replacement and it contained various quirks that could easily turn buyers off. But Pamela is not just an order taker. She got the buyers to see the potential in the property. She even screened potential buyers so that when I staged it for a showing, it was being shown to someone who is looking at that price range with the requirements that it provided. I loved that because staging a four bedroom home takes too much time and energy to be wasted on lookie loos. When the Covid virus took hold, she improvised a way to sell the home using virtual tours. The first time the buyers saw the house live was during the walk through and the whole process went smoothly.
