  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Brian for assisting me with my grandmother's vintage sewing machine. As a novice seamstress, I have been in distress trying to learn and understand the basics of sewing on my machine. I am desperate to learn how to sew on it and thanks to Brian, I am finally able to! I brought my machine in because I kept getting birds nests all tangled up and my thread kept ripping on me. Brian graciously showed me what was wrong and offered me several additional tips on keeping my machine in proper working order. He even allowed me to film him during the tutorial so that I would have reference material in the future. Not to mention, I was not charged for any of this. I will definitely be back in the future and refer anyone I can to your shop. Thank you kindly, Brian and Tops!

  I found this store when looking for a repair place for my mom's vacuum. I will never take my vacuum or sewing machine to another shop as long as I live in the area. What's great, though, is that they have shops in other cities/states too, so I should be set!
  Rick, our repair man, was so personable, so helpful, so friendly, and professional, he made it pleasant to come in and go through the paperwork (there was not a lot). We had a good conversation and he taught me a lot about maintaining my vacuum too keep it working well for a long as possible.
  The prices are excellent, it didn't take as long as I thought it might for the work to be done, and I'm very happy knowing that he'll back his work.

  Stopped by yesterday as I needed sweeper bags for an old Oreck vacuum cleaner that I have had Forever. I have been dealing with their store in Largo for years. We recently moved to Tarpon, so this location is close by. "Brian" assisted me and was both Friendly and Helpful!! I'm glad to have found this location and will be back when I need service and/or supplies!!

  I have purchased several high end machines and a long arm quilter from Tops. They have had the most competitive prices around but more importantly they have provided me with the best service, knowledgeable staff, and their classes are the best. I have recommended many friends to them who have been extremely satisfied as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would say "You will definitely get the most bang for your buck"
