I have used Affordable Contracting for several items at my residence. They put in new tile flooring v in my kitchen and laundry room, reframed a doorway entrance and upgraded an outdoor ceiling in the lanai. Every time I have hired them, Bill and his team have done a wonderful job as well as provide excellent customer service throughout each project. Would definitely recommend them to any of your home restoration needs.

Affordable Contracting recently installed architectural stone to the exterior walls of the Tampa Road guard house owned by the East Lake Woodlands Community Association. Additionally, they also installed new sheet rock, porcelain tile and granite counter tops to the sites interior. Kyle was on time to begin work a few days later. Kyle did a great job and I couldnt have been happier with the work that was done. They are professionals who are prompt, quotes are very fair, and they work very clean. I will be using them again in the future.
