Dr. TJ McNichol, MD

Picked this up for a birthday celebration for a relative. I thought it was going to be too chocolaty for my tastes but it worked. It was absolutely fantastic and the small fed eight people easily. I would definitely buy this again.

I used the Bay Area Urgent Care yesterday afternoon - Dr TJ McNichol is Fabulous.
On site Covid testing.
He also performs Covid testing for travel/cruise.

He’s extremely thorough, explains what he’s thinking/doing and Does it onsite.

He gave me peace of mind. I had confidence in what his approach would be after a complete explanation.

He has X-ray capability on site.
As well as draws blood for tests he feels are needed.

It was so nice to not have to go around town to get the required tests
For my visit today.

He gets you in and out quickly with answers. You get a phone call the next day with your bloodwork results.

I was so impressed with how everything was dealt with from the time I walked into his office.

I was in and Out within an hour!

Palm Harbor is very fortunate to have a Doctor of his Caliber here.

I absolutely love this place! My friends and I went over the weekend and the service was so friendly! The ice cream that we ordered was delicious~ highly recommend.

So Far So Great called the other stores in Greensboro and they were extremely rude and just didn't act like they wanted to deal with you at all. Called this one in Kernersville and the gentleman was extremely generous news extremely courteous. So we're going to go try it out for the first time and see if we like it and we'll leave it more even detailed review Once We join and get our ice cream. But as for friendly and courtesy so far so good! Respectful and the best place been into in long time!!! We loved it as lil out

Met Dr. McNichol today. Wonderful experience start to finish. He and his nurse were very kind and thorough. What impressed me the most, however, was how Dr. McNichol handled a patient who was rude and vulgar to his nurse. The patient made me very uncomfortable just hearing him through the door so I cannot imagine how the poor nurse felt!

Dr. McNichol handled him swiftly, confidently and calmly. Very impressive. How one treats their employee says a ton about that person...and I saw everything I needed to know today. Dr. McNichol will be my primary from this day forward!!! And his nurse is the sweetest thing ever!
